Which server address and login do I use in a Jellyfin client?
Use https://media.fireani.me as the Jellyfin server and your existing FireAnime username and password. You do not need to run your own Jellyfin server; the official desktop app instead uses https://fireani.me.

Why is this app asking for a server?
Streamyfin, Swiftfin, Findroid and Jellyfin for Android TV are separate players that connect to a media library. FireAnime provides the compatible server; you do not need to install Jellyfin Server on a computer or add your own video files.
Install the right client first: iPhone/iPad, Apple TV, or a client listed on the compatibility page. You need a FireAnime account. An account on someone else's Jellyfin server is not automatically a FireAnime account.

Connect and open your first library
- Open the client's add-server screen. In Streamyfin, choose Add server when saved servers are shown; other clients use their own server-add action.
- Enter
https://media.fireani.mein the server-address field and connect. Includehttps://; do not add/api,/web, a port number or an anime link. - Use username/password sign-in with your existing FireAnime credentials. If a user list is empty, use the manual/add-user action rather than waiting for your name to appear publicly.
- Open the library matching your preferred video version:

- Select an anime, season and episode and start playback.
- If the language is wrong, return to the libraries and open the other version. A subtitle toggle cannot translate or remove subtitles embedded in the video.
What a successful connection looks like
The client displays FireAnime's libraries and opens episodes without a separate media-server installation. Your FireAnime account remains the identity used for supported personal features; the client controls the layout and player.
For iOS offline viewing, continue with Streamyfin downloads, not a generic server-administration tutorial.
Find the step that failed
- Local discovery finds nothing: Enter the public server address manually. FireAnime is not a server in your home network.
- The server cannot be reached: Recheck the exact address and internet connection. Opening the bare address in a browser may show a setup guide; it is not a Jellyfin web player.
- Server connected, password rejected: Try the same credentials on FireAnime's sign-in page. If they fail there too, use login help. If they work there, record the client and exact message for support.
- A pairing code appears: Jellyfin Quick Connect is not the official FireAnime QR/code flow. This guide uses username/password; do not submit that code to FireAnime's official-app activation page.
- Libraries load, one video fails: Use playback troubleshooting. Changing the server address is not a source-selection tool.
- A Jellyfin tutorial mentions admin plugins or transcoding settings: Those instructions are for people running their own server. They are not setup requirements for FireAnime.
Compatibility does not promise every feature of a full Jellyfin server or every control from the FireAnime website. In particular, use the website's integrated player for Watch Together.
