1. PREAMBLE AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "You," or "Your") and FireAnime ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), the operator of the FireAnime website, application, and associated digital services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing, browsing, scraping, or otherwise using the Service, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Our Privacy Policy. If You do not agree to these Terms, You are strictly prohibited from using the Service and must immediately cease all access.
2. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
For the purposes of these Terms:
- "Content" means any text, graphics, images, software, audio, video, information, or other materials appearing on or accessible through the Service.

3. NATURE OF SERVICE; THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY

FireAnime operates strictly as a search engine and content discovery platform. WE DO NOT HOST, STORE, UPLOAD, OR TRANSMIT VIDEO CONTENT. All video content accessible via the Service is hosted by independent, third-party providers (e.g., YouTube, Doodstream, Voe) over whom We exercise no control. We act solely as a technical intermediary, providing an index of links available on the public internet.
3.2. Third-Party Advertisements and Links
The Service utilizes third-party advertising networks to serve advertisements. Your dealings with advertisers found on or through the Service are solely between You and such advertiser. FIREANIME EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS THE RESULT OF ANY SUCH DEALINGS OR AS THE RESULT OF THE PRESENCE OF SUCH ADVERTISERS ON THE SERVICE.
3.3. No Endorsement
The inclusion of any link, stream, or advertisement does not imply endorsement by FireAnime. You acknowledge and agree that We are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party web sites or services.
4. USER OBLIGATIONS AND CONDUCT
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:
- A. Using the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
- B. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
- C. Utilizing any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without Our express written permission.
- D. Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, trading, or reselling the Service for any purpose.
- E. Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Service.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Service and its original content (excluding Third-Party Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FireAnime and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Belize, the Kingdom of Tonga, and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of FireAnime.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
A. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, "WITH ALL FAULTS," AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
B. FIREANIME EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.
C. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
D. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT OR ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT LINKED TO OR INTEGRATED WITH THE SERVICE.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL FIREANIME, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, INTERNS, SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICE, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FireAnime and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, including but not limited to copyright infringement.
9. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT AND DMCA POLICY
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is Our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes the copyright or other intellectual property infringement of any person. Please refer to our DMCA Policy for specific instructions on how to report copyright infringement.
10. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach the Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize and the Kingdom of Tonga, without regard to their conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between FireAnime and You for any purpose concerning these Terms or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Belize or Tonga.
BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU EXPLICITLY WAIVE ANY OBJECTION TO SUCH JURISDICTION OR VENUE.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; BINDING ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER
READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT LIMITS YOUR RIGHTS.
12.1. Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Belize International Arbitration Center or a mutually agreed-upon neutral international arbitration body, in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules in force at the time of the dispute. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Belize City, Belize. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
12.2. Class Action Waiver
YOU AND FIREANIME AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. FURTHER, UNLESS BOTH YOU AND FIREANIME AGREE OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.
13. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
14. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
