Dark Horse had some announcements to make at Anime NYC this weekend, including more ***Vampire Hunter D ***releases and another Gou Tanabe take on the work of H.P. Lovecraft. ***Vampire Hunter D ***has a couple different titles on the way, including a new four-issue comic series by Chris Condon, Filipe Andrade, Jordie Bellaire and Frank Cvetkovic. The first issue of ***Vampire Hunter D: Fortress of Blood ***hits shelves with three different cover options on December 16.



Dark Horse also announced Vampire Hunter D: The Rose Princess, a manga adaptation by Saiko Takaki that covers one of Hideyuki Kikuchi’s most famous stories.
